Our signature spice blends incorporate the renowned Byadgi chilli, a prized ingredient known for its deep red color and balanced heat. Byadgi chilli, which holds a Geographical Indication (GI) tag, is celebrated for its distinct aroma and mild smokiness, making it an essential element in South Indian cuisine. In terms of spice quotient, Byadgi chilli is hotter than Kashmiri chilli (commonly used for color) but milder than the fiery Guntur variety, offering the perfect balance of flavor and warmth.
